In order to ensure that the construction quality of raised access floors is not affected by cross-construction, our company has specially formulated the following maintenance rules, which we hope all cooperative construction units will abide by.

1. The support/pedestal position of the raised access floor (based on the layout) is not allowed to be blocked by other construction objects.

2. The surface of the completed raised access floor must not be stepped on at will before it is delivered for use. If there is a need to borrow the raised access floor for stepping on it for cross-construction, it must be approved by our on-site management personnel in advance.

3. With the consent of our company's management personnel, cross-construction units must abide by the following maintenance rules when borrowing the raised access floor for construction;

4. If the raised access floor surface is not protected by paper, no construction unit is allowed to borrow the floor for construction.

5. No heavy scaffolding shall be used on the raised access floor surface.

6. The bottom of the ladder and light scaffolding used by the construction unit must be tied with thick rubber to prevent scratching the floor surface.

7. All construction units are strictly prohibited from using paint, coatings, and chemical products on the raised access floor surface.

8. All construction units are strictly prohibited from hitting the floor surface with hammers or heavy objects.

9. It is strictly prohibited to use various knives and hard objects to scratch the floor surface.

10. If welding is required, a protective layer such as plywood must be added to the surface of the floor, and welding sparks are strictly prohibited from contacting the floor.

11. It is strictly prohibited to dump water stains on the raised access floor surface.

Environment in the room where anti-static raised access floor is installed
